On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I offer condolences to the family, colleagues and many friends of longtime Atlanta attorney Paul Webb Jr. on his recent passing.
Active in the law for more than 50 years after his service as a pilot in World War II and his education at Emory and Harvard Law School, Mr. Webb’s multifaceted practice afforded him the opportunity to represent a wide variety of clients ranging from the Fulton County government to the United Methodist Church. His firm, Webb & Daniel, successfully merged with Holland & Knight in 1994. His legacy to the legal profession lives on through his son John Philip Webb, daughter Laurie Webb Daniel, and son-in-law, former State Bar President Hal Daniel.
