The intellectual property boutique traces its roots to 1878, when patent bar pioneer Frederick P. Fish founded the firm in Boston. He claimed to have represented such technology luminaries as Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell and the Wright brothers. The firm marked its sixth year in Atlanta in January.
