Attorneys involved in bitter, high-stakes litigation between the DeKalb County School District and fired school construction companies have renewed their battle over records in a related criminal investigation.
The attorneys for the school district want documents included in a recent superseding indictment of the district’s former top administrators kept away from the public eye and from a potential jury in the civil dispute with the construction companies.
