George Shingler and Joyce Gist Lewis have left litigation boutique Casey Gilson, where they were shareholders, to start Shingler Lewis, bringing associate Allison Giardina with them.

The two litigators handle disputes over business breakups, insurance coverage and employment contracts. They also represent government entities, including Fulton County and the state Department of Transportation, in liability cases. They are representing the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in suits against directors and officers of failed banks.
