Representing other lawyers in divorces is arguably the most difficult representation we undertake.
While the underlying issues of divorce are the same in every case, there is no question the divorce lawyer feels great pressure to deliver results because the lawyer-client scrutinizes all aspects of the case, including preparation of pleadings and correspondence, appearing in court, or negotiating the final settlement of the case.
