I attempted a little humor in my recent article on cooperation during electronic data discovery, for the Richmond Law School Journal of Law and Technology, [David J. Waxse, Cooperation — What Is It and Why Do It?, XVIII Rich. J. L. & Tech. 8 (2012), http://jolt.richmond.edu/v18i3/article8.pdf.]

The article ended with this list of suggestions for elementary school teachers to promote cooperation among children. I thought it might be helpful in case there are some lawyers who did not learn these skills as youngsters.
