On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I am writing to congratulate Elizabeth “Lisa” Branch of Smith Gambrell & Russell LLP in Atlanta and Gwinnett County Superior Court Judge William “Billy” Ray on their appointments by Gov. Nathan Deal to fill vacant positions on the Georgia Court of Appeals.
