The governor’s Judicial Nominating Commission will assemble a new list of candidates when it starts the process to fill a vacancy being created by the retirement of state Court of Appeals Judge A. Harris Adams.
Rather than rely on the short lists used to fill three appellate vacancies this summer, the JNC “will start afresh,” co-chairman Randy Evans said Thursday.
