Corporate directors are logging more hours on their board responsibilities, taking action on hot-button issues including say-on-pay, fraud risk and compliance, according to a new survey.
At the same time, many directors aren’t clear on which board members are responsible for overseeing specific risks, and more than half want to spend more time reviewing risks and opportunities associated with IT, the annual study of corporate directors from PricewaterhouseCoopers finds.
