A man accused of possessing child pornography is asking that 45 felony counts against him be dropped because he hasn’t been able to examine the evidence outside the Gwinnett district attorney’s office.
Attorneys for defendant Kevin Scott Morris, a former Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce vice president, claim that he is being denied his due process right to review evidence.
