On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I am writing to join those who have expressed condolences to the family, colleagues and friends of Fulton County Magistrate Judge Kimberly Warden Rary on her recent and very untimely passing.
During her nearly 30 years of service in the legal profession, including 16 years on the bench, she took a leading role in implementing numerous innovative programs for the betterment of the justice system in her capacities as president of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, deputy director of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, president of the Council of Magistrate Court Judges and chairperson of the Magistrate Court Training Council.
