C. Palmer Brown is general counsel and senior vice president for Compass Group North America, headquartered in Charlotte, N.C. Brown joined Compass Group in 2001 and has served in several finance, strategic planning and corporate development roles. He has coordinated most of the acquisitions and divestitures for the company and became general counsel in July 2010.
Compass Group North America is the North American unit of UK-based Compass Group PLC, a worldwide food service management company. The company operates in 48 states and 50 countries.
