President Barack Obama is getting a third vacancy to fill on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Chief Judge Joel Dubina will take senior status on Aug. 1, according to the website of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Dubina hinted last year he was considering going into the federal judiciary’s version of semi-retirement when he became eligible last October.
