After adding six lawyers earlier this year, Taylor English Duma recruited three more this week, as the non-traditional firm takes advantage of the changing legal market.

Mark Florak, who was a real estate partner at Hartman Simons, focuses on retail leasing, acquisition and development. Sonnet Edmonds, who handles energy law, spent more than a decade as in-house counsel at Mirant Corp., now part of NRG Energy, Inc., then started her own practice in 2011. Greg Belatti, a first-year associate with a J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, joined the firm’s resort, hotel and hospitality practice.
