The Houston-based firm, which specializes in tax law and litigation, has had an Atlanta office since 1986. Wayne A. Risoli, the firm’s managing shareholder, said net profit in the Atlanta office jumped 31 percent and revenue per lawyer jumped 27 percent, surpassing the firm’s rate of growth in those categories nationwide. Risoli predicted the hot areas will be estate planning and tax litigation.
