A habit is a learned behavior that is done so frequently that it soon occurs automatically. Habits can be good or bad, and Habit 3 is one that is often overlooked by the solo practitioner.

As a business development coach for attorneys I have been surprised that many attorneys going solo feel this gives them permission to be a little more lax in professional presentation than what would be acceptable in a firm.
