A three-member subcommittee of Governor Nathan Deal's Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted 15 names for the entire panel to interview before it recommends finalists for a vacancy on the Fulton County State Court.

The commission was flooded with names of 54 applicants to replace Judge Susan Forsling, who retired July 1, but a number were disqualified or did not return application packages.
