Personal injury lawyers who won a battle over medical bills for their client can collect legal fees from the hospital, a Columbus judge has ruled.

Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit Judge Bemon McBride III ordered The Medical Center of Columbus to pay $4,192 in attorney fees to Nick Kasatkin and his law firm, Monge & Associates. McBride's Aug. 13 order followed his decision ruling against the hospital on summary judgment.
