Andrea Sneiderman's defense team said Tuesday she would prevail on appeal, hours after a DeKalb County judge sentenced her to serve five years in prison for hindering the pursuit of her husband's murderer by lying to police and jurors.
"We believe we have multiple grounds for a successful appeal," said Doug Chalmers during a press conference following the sentencing. "Make no mistake. This is a fight where, in the end, Andrea Sneiderman is going to win."
