A judge has dismissed a suit brought by the Rev. Markel Hutchins against the law firm that represented the heirs of Kathryn Johnston, the 92-year-old woman slain during a botched drug raid in 2006.

Hutchins originally had sued Johnston's estate, administrator Sarah Dozier and the estate's lawyers. He claimed he was due 10 percent of the $4.9 million settlement the city of Atlanta paid in 2010 to settle the wrongful death suit the deceased woman's family filed.
