Labor and employment firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart has opened a London outpost with a partner, Richard Linskell, and two associates from London firm Speechly Bircham.

Ogletree's managing partner, Kim Ebert, said the Atlanta-based firm is expanding internationally because clients have global operations. "When they make business decisions, it often has cross-border implications, particularly in the labor and employment arena." The firm opened its first European office, with seven lawyers, in Berlin in December.
