A suit marked by claims and counterclaims of fraud, theft and embezzlement among the former partners of what was once Cook, Hall & Lampros has been settled, with each side agreeing to dismiss its complaints with prejudice.

The settlement ends nearly a year of aggressive litigation between the firm’s one-time managing partner, Edward Cook, and Christopher Hall and P. Andrew Lampros, who continue their partnership in what is now known as Hall & Lampros.
