A one-time bank teller who was acquitted on charges of stealing about $46,000 while she worked at Bank of America has settled her malicious prosecution suit against the bank for $600,000.

Stone Mountain solo Robert Kenner Jr., who represented Tiffany Davis, now 36, during both the criminal trial and in the subsequent civil case, said he had offered to settle for $425,000 last year but that the bank chose to continue litigating.
