A security company has nearly run out of options for appealing a $9 million verdict won by a customer who was raped and held captive when she returned home not knowing her alarm had been ringing all day while she was at work.
The Georgia Supreme Court on Monday unanimously refused to hear an appeal by Monitronics International Inc.
