Crawford County’s former chief magistrate judge, who resigned last month to end an ethics inquiry stemming from her arrest on felony theft charges, was sentenced Monday to a 10-year sentence, according to the Macon-Telegraph.

A Crawford County Superior Court judge ordered former judge Andrea Peterman to spend 160 days to 180 days in prison and the balance of 9 ½ years on probation, the newspaper reported.
