After a decade as general counsel of H.J. Russell, Eric Hilton has joined the construction company’s longtime outside firm, Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young, as a partner.
Hilton said he will continue to serve as H.J. Russell’s general counsel while he expands Hawkins Parnell’s construction litigation practice, which he now leads, into full-service construction law.
