A Cobb County grand jury issued an indictment Thursday of a man charged with a shooting death inside a restaurant on the Marietta Square, District Attorney Vic Reynolds announced.

Raouf Sanad, 63, of Alpharetta, was indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct. Investigators believe Wael Ali was showing Sanad a gun on the evening of Nov. 1, 2013, when Sanad pointed the gun at Ali and pulled the trigger, the DA said. Ali died at the scene.
