Atlanta rapper Radric “Gucci Mane” Davis—incarcerated as he faces a federal weapons charge and separate assault charges in Fulton County—got a bit of good news last week: He is no longer a defendant in a civil suit linked to a fatal shooting during a December 2011 recording session.
