Ryan Lieberman is Cives Corp.’s general counsel and corporate secretary. He heads the legal and compliance department for the company’s steel fabrication arm and its snow removal equipment business, which combined consist of approximately 1,000 employees across the United States and in Canada.
Lieberman oversees all legal issues that affect company operations, with a strong focus on corporate compliance, contractual negotiations, litigation, business development and employment issues. He joined Cives in 2000 as associate general counsel, serving in that role until 2006 when he was named general counsel.
