Who needs the news media when there’s social media? The plaintiffs lawyer in a celebrity trial this week against Atlanta rapper Da Brat is tweeting it himself—via a colleague, that is.
The lawyer, Eric Hertz, is representing former Atlanta Falcons cheerleader Shayla Stevens, who alleges Da Brat hit her over the head with a rum bottle at a 2007 Halloween party, causing permanent facial scarring, neurological impairment and severe mental pain.
