Bond lawyers Woodrow W. “Woody” Vaughan III and Allison Dyer have left King & Spalding for Holland & Knight. Vaughan joined as partner and Dyer as senior counsel.

“Sometimes change is good,” said Vaughan, who had been at King & Spalding for his entire 17-year career. “We looked at our practice at King & Spalding and what we thought it could be elsewhere. The commitment Holland & Knight has to public finance, not only in Georgia but nationally, was tremendous. So when looking at our client needs and opportunities for growth, it made a lot of sense for us.”
