Ford & Harrison raised its international profile by joining a global alliance of labor and employment firms, Ius Laboris, while adding a U.S. office in Florida and an affiliate in Philadelphia amid continued price-sensitivity by clients.

The firm’s revenue declined by $2.5 million to $68 million and profit dropped $500,000 to $18 million. Even so, RPL increased $13,000 to $520,000 and profit per equity partner increased $10,000 to $430,000. The firm’s total lawyer head count declined by 8 lawyers to 131 and its equity partner head count shrank by two for 42.
