Cobb District Attorney Vic Reynolds will partner with law enforcement and community groups for a crime victims’ awareness vigil and resource fair to be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Glover Park on the Marietta Square.
The event marks national Crime Victims’ Rights Week and the designation of April as Child Abuse Prevention Month, as well as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, according to an announcement by the DA’s office. Other sponsors are the YWCA of Northwest Georgia, the Cobb Solicitor General’s Office and Cobb County government generally.
