One stolen television led to a 20-year prison sentence for burglary in Cobb County this week.
An observant home owner in Austell called 911 after noticing an unfamiliar vehicle parked outside a neighbor’s house last year. When police arrived, they found the alleged burglar still inside the house and the homeowner’s television set outside by the intruder’s vehicle, according to a statement from Cobb County District Attorney Vic Reynolds.
