Taylor English Duma has announced management changes and a new addition. Ilene Berman, who headed the employment, labor and immigration practice, has become the firm’s chief operating officer. Berman succeeds George Gaskin, who will return to practicing corporate law after two years as the 130-lawyer firm’s COO. Steven Whitehead has been named the new chairman of the firm’s employment, labor and immigration practice.
Glianny Fagundo has joined Taylor English in that practice from Elarbee Thompson, where she was a partner. Fagundo is an employment and business litigator. She is the chairwoman of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association and a member of the City of Brookhaven’s Buford Highway Improvement Steering Committee.
