Avi Stadler has traded a position as a big-firm litigator to become the general counsel for Esquire Deposition Solutions, a national court-reporting company based in Atlanta. Stadler had been counsel at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, representing broker-dealers and handling general litigation.
Esquire Deposition Solutions formed in 2011 when a private equity company, Bayside Capital, bought Esquire Solutions from parent company Alexander Gallo Holdings, which was in bankruptcy.
