After months on the campaign trial, culminating in being elected the Fulton County Superior Court’s next judge Tuesday night, Jane Barwick said Wednesday she isn’t sure what to expect next.
“I feel a little odd saying this, but I just really don’t know what the next few weeks hold,” said Barwick somewhat breathlessly. “I honestly don’t think the full impact has hit me yet, knowing how much hard work goes into this job, and how important this position is. I don’t want to sound unprepared, but I’ve been so emotionally invested in July 22, I’ve been putting every ounce of energy I had into that. I sort of assumed that what happens after would take care of itself.”
