A Morris, Manning & Martin real estate partner, Graham advises developers of apartment buildings on financing, sales and acquisitions. She’s done deals all over the place—Seattle, San Francisco, Denver—with only about 15 percent of her work involving Georgia properties. And she’s involved in one of the hottest sectors of real estate: apartment buildings.
