A Fulton County judge has ruled that the owner of the property housing the Task Force for the Homeless’ emergency shelter may commence dispossessory proceedings against the nonprofit, writing in an order filed Friday that Georgia law leaves him little choice but to allow the action.
On Friday, the same day Fulton Superior Court Judge Craig Schwall allowed the dispossessory to go forward, attorneys for the owners, Premium Funding Solutions, filed a complaint for dispossessory with the court.
