    Ga. City Agrees to Settle Suit over Sewage Spills

    A rural Georgia city has agreed to make $830,000 worth of repairs and upgrades to its sewer system to settle a federal lawsuit by residents who complained that frequent spills flooded their homes and yards with raw waste.
