An attorney for the Metro Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless has asked a judge to reconsider or modify his order allowing dispossessory proceedings to proceed against the shelter.
The lawyer said there is no way the Task Force can pay rent while its claims against its landlord and other parties are adjudicated.
