A Fulton County jury awarded more than $10.4 million to Fujifilm North America, ending 11 years of litigation between the camera and printing-products giant and former brokers and employees who claimed the company owed them millions.

Some of the defendants have filed notices that they will appeal the verdict, which includes $8 million in punitive damages against a former Fuji vice president and $750,000 in punitives against another defendant, accused of spearheading what Fuji’s filings describe as a kickback scheme that cost Fuji more than $6 million between 1997 and 2004.
