Duane Morris’ Atlanta office has recruited two lawyers for its intellectual property litigation practice: Corey Manley as a partner from the Washington office of Kirkland & Ellis, and Alice Snedeker as an associate from a clerkship with U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten Sr. of the Northern District of Georgia, where she had worked for five years.
Manley said he made the move because he was “excited by what is going on in Duane Morris’ Atlanta office in terms of good IP litigation work.” Although the 700-lawyer firm is based in Philadelphia, its IP practice is led by L. Norwood “Woody” Jameson in Atlanta.
