Lawyers and a Fulton County judge on Thursday wrestled with the meaning of a Georgia Supreme Court ruling on whether the Metro Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless should be forced to pay rent pending the outcome of its suit against its landlord.
After an hour of intense debate, Superior Court Judge Craig Schwall said he was inclined to grant both sides’ motions and send the case back to the high court.
