Harold M. “Sonny” Cohen became senior vice president of legal affairs, corporate secretary and general counsel of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Inc. (formerly known as AFC Enterprises Inc.) in September 2005.
Cohen also has served as chief administrative officer of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Inc. since 2008. He is responsible for all legal affairs of the company, serves as a member of the senior management team and corporate secretary to the board of directors, and acts as an adviser to the C-level team and other employees.
