Baker Donelson is one of 15 big law firms participating in a new fellowship to give women a bridge back to practicing law after taking a hiatus to raise children.

Through the OnRamp Fellowship program, which launched in January, Baker Donelson will hire five women lawyers as one-year fellows—two in Atlanta and the others in Nashville, Birmingham and New Orleans. It is the first Am Law 200firm with an Atlanta office to support the program, which launched in January.
