Avi Stadler joined Esquire Deposition Solutions, a national court-reporting company based in Atlanta, in May 2014.
From 2010 to 2014, Stadler was counsel at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan where he represented broker-dealers and registered representatives in federal and state courts, customer arbitrations and investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the state of Georgia and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He also litigated cases involving intellectual property, employment discrimination and white-collar crimes. From 2006 to 2008, he was a partner at the firm and from 2002 to 2006 an associate.
