Ann K. Moceyunas is general counsel of Surgical Information Systems, a software provider to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. She has more than 25 years’ legal experience, including 15 years in commercial litigation and more than 10 years in-house. In addition to SIS, Moceyunas has been general counsel to two other technology-enabled companies in the areas of payment processing and employee benefits administration. She taught ethics to undergraduates and graduate students at Kennesaw State University for several years.
