Hunton & Williams lawyers from Atlanta advised Worldpay in its recently-announced agreement to buy SecureNet Payment Systems, a payments processor in Austin, Texas.
Worldpay, a British payments processing giant with U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, acquired SecureNet for its cutting-edge technology that integrates payments processing systems for online, point-of-sale and mobile purchases, the company said. The technology also offers data analytics and inventory management.
