Amy Fouts has rejoined McKenna Long & Aldridge’s health care practice after two years at Chilivis, Cochran, Larkins & Bever. Fouts, who joined McKenna as a partner, advises health care systems, hospice and home health agencies, doctor groups and individual practitioners on health care compliance and regulatory matters. She defends clients in whistleblower suits and board inquiries and advises on privacy, data security and breach response. Counseling clients in Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement issues is also part of her practice.
